Detailed description of change order and justification:
The original contract time was 235 calendar days. Change Order 002, dated July 10, 2025, added
68 calendar days to the original contract time. Total contract time (including Change Order 002) prio
to this Change Order(Number 003) was 303 calendar days, which extended the contract time until
Friday, September 5, 2025, See the attached request for additional time from Marino Construction
Group that describes the circumstances that prevented them from completing construction tasks on
schedule. This Change Order(Number 003) is for additional time(56 calendar days), with no change
in the Contract Sum. With the addition of 56 calendar days, contract time is extended until Friday,
October 31, 2025,

Due to incorrect measures in the Pre-Constructiongobsite walk, "Door A." sidelight is the wrong,
size with the door at 2916 Rivera Drive, It is wider than the CMIJ wall opening.
The opening for the door and sidelight is 54"'amide X 83 1/2"I"Iigh, The existing received door is
38" Wide with a 1" mullion, which leaves 15". We are in need. I" buck (1/?" ea. side) so the total
width of the sidelight would be 1.4" wide..
We inquired with Ilan Hamilton at H. Prairie to order these products for correct material
installation.. Which would include a 14" wide sidelight and niullion caps. Per the supplier it will
take 5-6 weeks to receive the product and an additional 2 weeks to schedule the installation.
Marino is requesting 56 additional calendar days from September 5,2025 to complete
construction at the location of 2916 Riviera:Dr.
