This Task Order is entered into on the effective date noted above pursuant to the "Master Agreement for
Professional Services" between Monroe County, Florida ("Client") and McFarland Johnson Inc.
("Consultant"),dated February 16,2022("Agreement"). The Agreement is incorporated herein and forms
an integral part of this Task Order.
Services Authorized:
Client authorizes Consultant to add a subconsultant for Advertisement Monetization Planning as further
described in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Appendix A is marked with the
above noted Task Order No. and consists of two(2)pages.
Pricing
N/A Time and Expense per Agreement and Exhibit B to the Agreement.

CONCOURSE A AND TERMINAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
Task Order TIP 2023-011
Scope of Additional Services
McFarland-Johnson, Inc., will provide an additional Project Team Subconsultant as required for
the progression and completion of the subject Project, for Monroe County, Florida
(Sponsor/Owner) at the proposed Key West International Airport (Airport) Concourse A and
Terminal Improvements.
In addition to the currently contracted scope of professional services, this proposal includes the
following requested modification and increase in scope of work:
Additional Project Team Subconsultants:
Electrosonic, Inc. (Advertisement Monetization Planning)
Additional Scope of Services:
The Advertisement Monetization Planning scope of work will cover three (3) primary phases
with an optional fourth phase:
1. Discovery (est. 2 weeks)
• Research, Interviews and immersion to establish market context and ideal customer
profiles.
2. Business Strategy Definition (est. 3 weeks)
0 Define the value proposition, KPIs and key selling approaches and messaging.
3. Pricing Approach (est. 2 weeks)
* Determination of the pricing model to best leverage the new AV technology
infrastructure.
4. Sales Materials (Optional) (est. 4 weeks)
Design a minimally viable set of sales tools to support local and national prospecting.
This work will require heavy interaction and time with the airport staff, local governance
as necessary, and the Anderson Outdoor team where necessary.
Assumptions:
0 Does not include 3rd party market research.
0 Sales Materials will be fully scoped separately and provided via change order,
• Includes 2 rounds of revisions for key deliverables.
• Business Strategy & Pricing Approach to be delivered in PDF format.
Additional project management services will include overall coordination, scheduling, budgeting,
and communication with the project team, stakeholders and Subconsultant.
The additional project team subconsultants are required to advance and complete the
previously approved Task Order TIP 2023-01.
Additional Fee:
Consultant— $11,250
Subcons ltant— 75 250
Total $86,500 lump sum fee
