This termination letter is consistent with the fact that the Conch Key Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, Inc. ("you" or "your") has either dissolved as an organization, or no longer provides services to the County pursuant to the Agreement. Please allow this letter to serve as our official notification of termination of our Agreement effective at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2025.
