Re: Termination of Agreement for Volunteer Fire Rescue and Ambulance Services
Dear President Folsom:
The Monroe County Board of County Commissioners, acting on behalf of Monroe County,
Florida, ("we," "us," or "our") hereby provides this notice of termination of the above-referenced
Agreement (as amended). This termination letter is consistent with the fact that Stock Island Volunteer
Fire Department, Inc. ("you" or "your") has either dissolved as an organization, or no longer provides
services to the County pursuant to the Agreement. Please allow this letter to serve as our official
notification of termination of our Agreement effective at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2025.
