AMENDMENT (1AMENDMENT) TO AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT to Agreement dated thisday of 2025, is entered into by
and between the Board of County Commissioners for Monroe County (County), on behalf of the
Tourist Development Council, and Overseas Media Group, LLC (Company).
WHEREAS, there was an Agreement entered into on March 25, 2025 between the parties, for
Company to provide Webcam Services for the Tourist Development Council; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the agreement and revise Attachment B, Webcam
Services: Pricing & Fees to revise the monthly ongoing cost for the nine (9) current webcams from
$3,525 monthly/$42,300 annually to $4,450 monthly/$53,400 annually and to include the location and
cost of each of the nine (9) current webcams; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties
agree to the amended Agreement as follows:
1. The Agreement shall be revised to amend attachment B as attached hereto to revise
the monthly ongoing cost for the nine (9) current webcams from $3,525
monthly/$42,300 annually to $4,450 monthly/$53,400 annually and to include the
location and cost of each of the nine (9) current webcams.
2. The remaining provisions of the agreement dated March 25, 2025 shall remain in full
force and effect.
