AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval to negotiate continuing contracts for on call professional

ITEM BACKGROUND:
Engineering Services Department's current on call engineering services contracts will expire in January
2026. Staff advertised an RFQ for continuing contracts for on call professional engineering services
and received 18 responses on November 6, 2025. Staff met in a publicly noticed meeting on December
5, 2025 and ranked the respondents. The ranking is attached.
