O2 Approval of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) #001 between Monroe County Board
of County Commissioners (Monroe County Social Services) and Florida Keys Electric
Cooperative Association, Inc. for the provision of energy to low-income households pursuant
to the Florida Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) commencing
retroactively as of 10/15/2025 and ending on 10/14/2027
