O3 Approval of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) #001 between Monroe County Board
of County Commissioners (Monroe County Social Services) and the Utility Board of the City of
Key West, Florida, d/b/a Keys Energy Services, for the provision of energy to low-income
households pursuant to the Florida Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
commencing retroactively as of 10/15/2025 and ending on 10/14/2027.
