Project Name: New Signatory Airline Agreement Development and Negotiations—Phase 3
Description ofServices: This scope of services will include financial consulting services necessary
to assist in the development and negotiations of a New Signatory Airline Agreement to replace
the existing Signatory Airline Agreement which is scheduled to Expire on September 30, 2026
NAI's services will include assistance in the evaluation and identification of any beneficial
updates to existing Signatory Airline Agreement provisions, drafting Vfany new provisions
which may be beneficial to the new Signatory Airline Agreement, any necessary updates to the
compensatory rate setting model which is incorporated in the existing Signatory Airline
Agreement, preparation of necessary Signatory Airline Agreement rate and space Exhibits,
participation in team strategy meetings and teleconferences and assistance in the preparation
for and conducting ofairline negotiation meetings.
