While performing the foundation scope of work, auger-cast piles were affected as a result of a
misaligned layout, The entire layout was off`, requiring a complete rebuild of the auger-cast piles,
formwork, and reinforcing. We also experienced further delays due to late submission of non-
structural steel framing shop drawings,
Due to these issues, we are requesting an extension of time at no additional cost to the owner for
Custom and Border Protection Facility Phase 3 of fifty calendar days (50) froth the original
completion date of April 5,2026 this would brim the completion date to May 25,2 26, We will
supply you with a revised schedule that will reflect the revised completion date.
