Keith consistently provides timely and professional assistance to employees throughout Monroe County, frequently going above and beyond the scope of his assigned duties to ensure operations continue smoothly. Keith has successfully developed strong and productive working relationships with the Risk Management and Clerk of the Court Is offices, relationships that Fleet Management had not previously established to this degree. These partnerships have significantly improved communication, coordination, and overall effectiveness. Keith sets clear goals and actively works to achieve them, completing tasks promptly and ensuring issues do not linger. While no one is flawless, Keith routinely identifies and corrects errors before they are brought to his attention. Keith makes sound, thoughtful decisions and confidently acts when those decisions fall within his area of responsibility. He clearly communicates his reasoning and provides guidance to ensure successful implementation when needed. Fleet Management continuously seeks opportunities to control costs while maintaining the County's fleet, and Keith's attention to detail plays a vital role in this effort. His management of M.C.A. Inst-4000.21 Enclosure(2) accident-related processes, coordination with body shops, receipt of new assets, and accurate entry of data into FMIS are critical to operational efficiency and cost savings. Keith is an asset to fleet! Keith and I work closely when making sure assets are insured and handling repairs to claims. He makes everyone around him a better employee by constantly providing information that is needed without even being asked. He is on top of his work and takes pride in it.
