I3 Approval of time only Change Order No. 4 with A Plus Environmental increasing the contract completion date by 565 days from December 12, 2024 to June 30, 2026, for the contractor to complete the scope of work for the Relocate Runway 7/25 Phase 1 Tree Clearing Project at the Florida Keys Marathon International Airport.
