C5 Approval to renew a Class A Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
(COPCN) to Elite Medical Response LLC for the operation of an Advanced Life Support
(ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) emergency medical transport service, as well as a non-
emergency medical transport service in Monroe County, Florida, except for within the city limits
of Marathon, for the period of February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2028.
