A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS,it is necessary to conduct a public hearing as required by section 129.06,Florida Statutes,to amend the following: One Cent Infrastructure Sales Surtax Fund 304,
Land Acquisition Fund 316,Tourist Development Tax Affordable Housing Fund 317,and Infrastructure Sales Surtax Revenue Bonds Series 2025 Fund 318 for the
fiscal year beginning October 1,2025 and ending September 30,2026,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA,that a Public Hearing was conducted on January 28,2026
to amend the One Cent Infrastructure Sales Surtax Fund 304,Land Acquisition Fund 316,Tourist Development Tax Affordable Housing Fund 317,and Infrastructure
