AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval to advertise a Request for Proposals for Construction
Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Consolidate Rental Car Facility (CONRAC) at Key West
International Airport.
ITEM BACKGROUND: The CMAR firm will perform construction management at risk functions
for the CONRAC project and will be responsible for all pre -construction and construction phases and
for successful, timely and economic completion of the project.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: On December 10, 2025, the BOCC grant approval to
proceed with the full design of the future CONRAC at EYW.
