A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for.:the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe.County, Florida, to make
budgeted transfers in.the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 2026,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE BOARD OF COUNTY:COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA,:that there shall be transfers of amounts previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 2026 as,hereinafter set forth to and from the following accounts:.
Fund: #160-Environmental Restoration.
From: 160-5370-52002-530310-SC_00036 Other Contractual Services.
Cost Center: #52002-Environmental Restoration
Amount: $28,899.76
To: 160-5370-54507-590900-SC_00092 Refunds
Cost Center: #54507-Mitigation Fees Refund
Function:. 5300-Physical Environment
Activity 5370 Conservation Resource Management
Department: 1015-Growth Management
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD,that the Clerk of said Board,upon receipt of the above,is
hereby authorized and directed to make the necessary changes of said items,as set forth above.

meeting of said Board held on the 18th day of February,AD 2026.
