The task order fee of $25,669.16 will be funded by gas tax funds. FOR CRANE BLVD SHARED USE PATH PROJECT FM 451637-1-38-01 THIS AMENDMENT 2 to the CONTRACT is entered into this, 11th day of March 2026, between Monroe County, whose address is 1100 Simonton Street, Room 2-216 Key West, Florida 33040, hereafter the "COUNTY" and McFarland Johnson Inc. whose address is 4601 Sheridan Street, Suite 500, Hollywood, FL 33021, hereafter referred to as "CONSULTANT". WHEREAS, on the 17th day of April 2024, the parties executed a contract authorizing the Consultant to perform Professional Services for the Engineering Design and Permitting Services for Crane Blvd Shared Use Path Project, for an estimated not to exceed amount of $485,373.00; and th WHEREAS, on the 15 day of October 2025, the parties executed Amendment 1 in order to amend the CONSULTANTS scope to include a Natural Resources Evaluation and Cultural Resources Assessment Survey required by the Florida Department of Transportation in the not to exceed amount of $45,419.00; and WHEREAS, in order to allow for FDOT plan reviews, completion of permitting, final design completion, and post design services, the COUNTY seeks to amend the Agreement to include updated Representation and Warranties section of the contract to provide additional time for these services to be performed: NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the COUNTY and CONSULTANT agree to amend Article I, Representation and Warranties, Section 1.1.8 of the contract as follows: 1.1.8 The Consultant shall complete the scope of services no later than 60 days after final completion of construction for the design of Crane Blvd Shared Use Path Project. th This AMENDMENT is effective March 11, 2026.
