T1 Approval of The Fifth Amendment to a Commercial Lease with Big Pine Key Owner, LLC
for 1200 sq. ft. of space located at 213 Key Deer Blvd, Big Pine Key, FL. 33043, Unit B9 of the
Big Pine Shopping center. This unit is within the existing Monroe County Big Pine Key Library.
This lease is for a period of one (1) year commencing March 1, 2026, and ending on February
28, 2027, the total dollar value of this contract to $42,859.88.
