Monroe County Value Adjustment Board (VAB)
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Monroe County Value Adjustment Board, "VAB", hearings will
be held as listed below. Docket copies may be requested via email at VABGlef.k.a>Monroe-�"lerk.con�
or by phone at 305-295-3950.
The hearings will occur in person at the times& locations listed below.
The hearings are open to the public.
Members of the public can also attend via Communications Media Technology via a
Zoom webinar. To Join from PC, Mac, iPad, or Android:

ADA Assistance: Anyone needing special assistance to attend the hearing due to a disability should
contact the Value Adjustment Clerk at(305) 295-3950, one week prior to the hearing.
Any person who decides to appeal a decision made at a Value Adjustment Board Meeting or Hearing
will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon with the
appeal is to be based.
