Project Name: Key West International Airport— Financial Advisory and Consulting Services
Description of Services: Frasca &Associates, LLC(Frasca) will assist the Airport with ongoing monitoring,
analysis and reporting of financial matters related to the Concourse A Expansion and Terminal
Improvement Project ("Project"),the Series 2022 Bonds, the Consolidated Rental Car Facility and other
strategic financial matters related to the Airport. Frasca will provide the following services:
• Support the Airport and assist with the preparation of filing MSRB and SEC required annual
disclosures for debt issuers,
• Assist the Airport in undertaking a review of FAA financial compliance,
• Support the Airport with monitoring compliance as it relates to the Series 2022 Bonds and PNC
Line of Credit,
• Lead the preparation for and presentation of rating agency updates,
• Assist the Airport with the preparation of financial and activity reports,
• Ongoing support and other assistance that may be requested by the Director of Airports, from
time to time, and which is not otherwise authorized under a then effective Purchase/Service
Order (PSO) between Frasca and the County.
Days to Complete: 365 days Lump Sum Fee: $49,000
