WHEREAS, on the 11th day of July, 2023 Monroe County Board of County Commissioners
(the "County") and Stearns, Weaver, Weissler, Alhadeff& Sitterson, P.A. (the "Firm") entered
into an agreement for legal services;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the contract provisions in Article 3—COMPENSATION, the County
Attorney has authority to approve any additions, deletions, or promotions from Associate to
Shareholder changes to timekeepers, within the current billing rates;
WHEREAS, the Firm may assign other shareholders, associates of counsel and paralegals to
work on Monroe County matters at the hourly rate of$375 (shareholders), $300 (associates),
and $195 (paralegals);
WHEREAS, the parties desire to maintain an official record of approved timekeepers and any
subsequent additions, deletions or changes;
