WHEREAS, on the 14th day of April, 2024 Monroe County Board of County Commissioners (the
"County") and Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, LLP ("Firm") entered into an agreement for legal services;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the contract provisions in Section 6.3 HOURLY RATES, AND CHANGES
TO HOURLY RATES the County Attorney has authority to approve any additional timekeepers
within current billing rates $375 (Partners), $225 (Associates), $125 (Paralegals), $100 (Clerks);
WHEREAS, the parties desire to maintain an official record of approved timekeepers and any
subsequent additions, deletions or changes;
