The Air Carrier Consultation Notice will be prepared and submitted after the County and Ricondo have an approved draft Notice. Prior tothe Air Carrier Consultation Meeting' FUcondo will Prepare a Public Notice for Posting on the County'svvebdte.This task will Include: 111111 Prepare Air Carrier Consultation Notice _ Project descriptions,justification, and detailed financial plan _ The PFC level for each project, the proposed charge effective date, the estimated charge expiration date, and the estimated total ofPFCrevenue _ Identification of any class of air carrier to be excluded from collection of PFC _ Date'time, and location of Air Carrier Consultation Meeting Ill Confirm mailing list based on latest AC4|SReport 111111 Prepare Public Notice for website TASK 3: AIR CARRIER CONSULTATION MEETING FUcondo will attend and lead the Air Carrier Consultation Meeting at the Airport; Provide the financial plan for the proposed projects and ensure that all required topics are covered. Airport staff will be in attendance to lead the discussion of technical aspects regarding each project being considered for funding. The PM for this project will be in attendance for this meeting.
