WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the contract between LORI LEHR and the COUNTY was entered into February 18, 2015; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. I to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on September 16, 2015; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 2 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on October 19, 2016; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 3 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on September 27, 2017; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 4 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on March 21, 2018; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 5 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on November 20, 2019; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 6 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on September 16, 2020; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 7 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on September 15, 2021; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 8 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on March 15, 2022; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 9 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on October 19, 2022; and Page 1 of 3 WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 10 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on July 17,2024; and WHEREAS, the parties executed Amendment No. 11 to the existing Contract for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Floodplain Regulations, and Community Rating System (CRS) Professional Support Service on October 16, 2024; and WHEREAS, the parties seek to amend the Contract to include additional Professional Support Services provided by Contractor, to assist with preparation of standard operating procedures for review of elevation certificates and related documents, and offsetting these costs by lessening the amount of hours for preparing both the required annual CRS progress report and documentation for submission to ISO related to verification for CRS Class 3. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the Agreement is amended as follows: Section 1. Recitals and Legislative Intent. The foregoing recitals, findings of fact, and statements of legislative intent are true and correct and are hereby incorporated as if fully stated herein. Section 2. The Agreement is amended as follows: Section 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES. Pursuant to Section 1 of the Agreement this Section is amended to include the following: CONTRACTOR shall do, perform and carry out certain duties as described in the Monroe County Pro]ect Budget FY 24—FY 26—Exhibit A-which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement. Project 1. Monroe County Local Mitigation Strategy(LMS) for CRS Prerequisite Task lc..Prepare the required annual CRS progress report The cost for FY26 is being decreased from $4,500 to $1,500 Project 2. Annual Review of Elevation Certificates for Required Annual Submitting Task 2c.Prepare standard operating procedures for review of Elevation Certificates and related documents This task is being added for FY26 with cost of$18,000 to assist County staff Project 6. 2023 Verification for Class 3 —Revised for 2023 CRS Coordinator's Manual/RR2.0 Task 6d.Prepare documentation for submission to ISO The cost for FY26 is being decreased from $48,000 to $33,000 Together these changes result in no net change to the FY25 or FY26 total contract costs. The remainder of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged by this Amendment, and continue in full force and effect.
