FOR ON CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CATEGORY A CANAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND MASTER PLANNING SERVICES THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3, dated April 15, 2026 to the Agreement for On Call Professional Engineering Services for Category A Canal Management Program and Master Planning Services ("Agreement") by and between the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners ("COUNTY") and WSP USA Inc. (collectively, "the parties") executed on January 21, 2022 as amended November 15, 2022 (Amendment 41) and amended on January 15, 2025 (Amendment 42), is entered into as follows: WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Article H, Section 2.4 of the Agreement executed between the parties on January 21, 2022, set forth a four-year term for the Agreement beginning on January 21, 2022, and ending on January 21, 2026; and WHEREAS, Article II, Section 2.4 of the Agreement further provides that, at the election of the COUNTY, the Agreement may be extended for one (1) additional year; and WHEREAS, the COUNTY desires to exercise the option to extend the Agreement for one (1) additional year as set forth in Article II, Section 2.4 of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the COUNTY and CONSULTANT agree to amend the Agreement to extend the period of performance to January 21, 2027.
