The attached items have been executed and added to our record:
C5 Class A Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) to the Key
Largo Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. for the operation of Advanced Life Support(ALS) and
Basic Life Support(BLS) emergency medical non-transport services provided within the
boundaries of the Key Largo Fire Rescue and Emergency Medical Services District for the
period of May 16, 2026, through May 15, 2028.
C13 2nd Amendment to the 2024 Reimbursement Agreement between Monroe County
and Ocean Reef Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. to add "MedFlex 2000" Automated Dispensing
Cabinets, a Portable Fire Pump, and a 200 kW Diesel Driven Generator to the list of
reimbursable expenses, up to a maximum of$142,803.00.

Monroe County Code and Chapter 401 Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County hereby issues a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to this service for the
period beginning May 16, 2026 and ending May 15, .2028:
In issuing.t .is certificate it is'understoodthat the above named service will meet the requirements of a
MBLS .or EALS, LI Transport or.a Non-transport service, and provide service on a twenty-four hour
basis for the following area(s):
All of:Cross Key and that part of Key Largo from South Bay Harbor Drive and Lobster Lane to the
southern boundary of the right-of-way County Roads 905 and 905A, or as otherwise directed by
Monroe County Central Dispatch. .
