RESOLUTION NO.3 2 3A_1996
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
DESIGNATING CERTAIN COUNTY EMPLOYEES AS
CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS FOR THE
PURPOSES OF ENFORCING THE AIRPORT
REGULATIONS ONLY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA that
Section 1.
The Director of the Division of Community Services, the Director of
Airports, the Deputy Director of Airports and the Manager of the Marathon Airport are
designated and authorized to issue citations pursuant to Sec. 162.21, Florida Statutes, for
violation of any County code provision pertaining to the regulation of operations at the
Marathon Airport and Key West International Airport, including the applicable ground
transportation resolution.
