political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first part, hereby donates, transfers in exchange for
zero dollars ($0.00) in lawful money of the United States, to Monroe Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc.,
d/b/a MARC House, a Florida registered non-profit, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does grant, bargain, donate, transfer and deliver unto MARC House, the party of the second
