KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the COUNTY OF MONROE, FLORIDA, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first part, hereby donates, transfers in exchange for
zero dollars ($0.00) in lawful money of the United States, to Guidance/Care Center, Inc.(GCC), a Florida
registered non-profit, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does grant, bargain,
donate, transfer and deliver unto GCC, the party of the second part, the following goods and chattels:
