CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT In consideration of the mutual benefits set forth herein and, in the Original Agreement, the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows, which amendments shall govern to the exclusion of any provision of the Original Agreement to the contrary: Section 1, RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES, Subsection B, Responsibilities of the COOPERATOR, of the Original Agreement is hereby amended to include the following: 17. Agrees to purchase, erect and maintain directional signs, approved by the COMMISSION, on main public highways to direct public users to each of the PROJECT SITES described in Attachment A, Table B. The COOPERATOR agrees to provide and maintain such signs at its expense for the entirety of this Agreement. Should the signs be damaged, removed or destroyed, the COOPERATOR shall, at its expense, replace them within ninety (90) days. This requirement can be waived by the COMMISSION, in writing, if the COOPERATOR receives a written denial from the Florida Department of Transportation for the installation of the signs. Attachment A, Projects List, of the Original Agreement is hereby replaced with Attachment Al, Amended Projects List. Exhibit 1 of the Original Agreement is hereby removed.
