This Task Order is entered into on the effective date noted above pursuant to the "Master Agreement for
Professional Services" between Monroe County, Florida ("Client") and McFarland Johnson Inc.
("Consultant"), dated February 16, 2022 ("Agreement"). The Agreement is incorporated herein and forms
an integral part of this Task Order.
Services Authorized:
Client authorizes Consultant to provide professional design and construction administration services for the
existing baggage claim restrooms, as further described in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated
herein, which Appendix A is marked with the above noted Task Order No. and consists of two(2)pages.
Pricing
N/A Time and Expense per Agreement and Exhibit B to the Agreement.

CONCOURSE A AND TERMINAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
Task Order TIP 2023-01J
Scope of Additional Services
McFarland-Johnson, Inc. (Consultant) in conjunction with Mead & Hunt, Inc. (Subconsultant) will
provide additional design and construction administration services for Architectural, Interiors &
Lighting Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Structural engineering for
Monroe County, Florida (Sponsor/Owner) at the proposed Key West International Airport
(Airport) Concourse A and Terminal improvements project.
In addition to the currently contracted scope of work and design services, this proposal includes
the following increase in scope of work:
Renovation of Baggage Claim Area's Men's & Women's Restrooms & Janitor Closet:
Scope includes:
• Verify existing conditions of highlighted area with drawings provided by client.
• Assess, design floor plan, and add design elements to match existing concourse.
• Remove and replace existing terrazzo flooring system with floor tile to match existing
• concourse.
• Remove and replace all existing wall tiles with wall tiles to match existing concourse.
• Remove and replace lavatories & lavatory faucets to match existing concourse.
• Remove and replace plate mirrors to match existing concourse.
• Remove and replace all plumbing fixtures to match existing concourse.
• Remove and design lighting scheme to match existing concourse.
• Remove and replace all toilet partitions to match existing concourse.
• Remove and replace all toilet accessories to match existing concourse.
• Design wall niches and signature walls to match existing concourse.
• Construction administration services include RFI & submittal reviews and punch list.

Services Include:
Provide design drawings for aforementioned spaces for Owner's review and approval, for all
Disciplines to develop for the work. Incorporate Owner review comments and develop final
construction documents to be included as part of a construction contract change order. Provide
construction administration services including RFI & submittal reviews and punch list.
The additional project team subconsultants are required to advance and complete the
previously approved Task Order TIP 2023-01. Additional project team subconsultants will be
paid out of previously approved funding.
Additional Fee:
Consultant— $33,000
Subconsultant— $35,061
Total $68,061 lump sum fee
Schedule:
Proceed upon execution of this task order and complete design phase work within two weeks of
execution.
