Dear Monroe County Finance Department:
This letter is in response to your Final Report submitted on February 04, 2025, informing the Florida Emergency
Communications Board of the referenced Grantee's project completion. We have confirmed that all work has been
completed and payment(s)made in accordance with applicable laws, rules,regulations,policy, and guidance. The
documentation received meets the requirements of W Form 3A State Grant Program and the Grantee's signed
agreement with DMS regarding the payment(s)of the grant(s).
Therefore,in accordance with Section 9.3 of the grant application, grant 4S25-24-01-15 is now considered officially
closed and all records have been updated accordingly. Financial reconciliation and inventory details are as follows:

As stated in Sections 9.3.3 of the State Grant Application and Section 9.7 of the Rural County Grant Application,the
Florida Emergency Communications Board retains the authority to disallow costs and recover funds based on an
audit or financial review. The county shall remain obligated to return any funds expended that do not comply with
the terms and conditions of the grant award.
