Dear Mr. Gonzalez,
This letter will serve as your Notice to Proceed for Construction Services of Card Sound Road at Mosquito
Creek Bridge 4904984 with an effective date of February 16, 2026. As per the contract executed October
15th, 2025, Substantial Completion of the project shall be achieved no later than August 18th, 2027, which is
548 days after the date of commencement.
Monroe County is pleased to move forward on this project and looks forward to working with you and your
staff.
