Page 12 (W1) PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Approval of a Change Order #1 in the
amount of$603,445.87 to the Agreement with Pedro Falcon. Contractors,
Inc. for the Rowell's Waterfront Park Redevelopment Phase II Reduced
I/ Scope project. This Change Order adds the purchase and installation of
lighting equipment for a new multi-use field. This Change Order is 100%
funded bya Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV grant:y p grant)
administered by the Florida Department of Commerce (No County Match
is required)..

staff to explore options for completion of sixteen remaining workforce

Federal Provisions. The contract,amount is being increased by $2,900 to a
new total of $404,675.00.. Funding is Ad Valorem and Fines and

Special Needs Core Services funding framework for eligible non-profit
organizations and non-governmental organizations; establishing minimum
requirements for funding, and defining Special Needs Core Services;
authorizing the Monroe County Community Services (Social Services)
Department to develop, implement, and administer the framework;
indicating that funding for the framework shall be determined through the
Monroe County annual budget process and remain subject to final approval
by the Board of County Commissioners; and transitioning medical-related
services funding to the Florida Department of Health in Monroe County
