KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the COUNTY OF MONROE, FLORIDA, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the total sum
of one thousand five-hundred twenty dollars 00/100 ($1,520.00) in lawful money of the United States,
to it paid by Robles Engineering, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto Robles Engineering party of the second part, the
following goods and chattels:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said, forever.
And the party of the first part does covenant with Robles Engineering,party of the second part,that

encumbrances; that it has legal right to sell the same as aforesaid;that said goods and chattels are sold to the
party of the second part in "AS IS" condition with no warranties, express or implied, of any kind
concerning the safety, working condition, fitness for use, or any other aspect of merchantability. By
accepting this Bill of Sale, Absolute, the party in the second part agrees to hold the County, and the
County's elected and appointed officers and employees, harmless from and against any claims, actions or
causes of action, any litigation, administrative proceedings, appellate proceedings, or other proceedings
relating to, or in connection,with said goods and chattels received hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be signed in
