BILL OF SALE, ABSOLUTE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the COUNTY OF MONROE, FLORIDA, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the total sum
of two thousand one-hundred & 25/100 dollars ($2,100.25) in lawful money of the United States, to it
paid by The Kings Enterprises in the Keys, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto The Kings Enterprises in the Keys party
of the second part,the following goods and chattels:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said,forever.
And the party of the first part does covenant with The Kings Enterprises in the Keys,party of the
second part, that it is the lawful owner of said goods and chattels; that said goods and chattels are free from
all encumbrances; that it has legal right to sell the same as aforesaid; that said goods and chattels are sold to
the party of the second part in "AS IS" condition with no warranties, express or implied, of any kind
concerning the safety, working condition, fitness for use, or any other aspect of merchantability. By
accepting this Bill of Sale, Absolute, the party in the second part agrees to hold the County, and the
County's elected and appointed officers and employees, harmless from and against any claims, actions or
causes of action, any litigation, administrative proceedings, appellate proceedings, or other proceedings
relating to, or in connection,with said goods and chattels received hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be signed in
by the Mayor and its seal to be affixed,attested to by its Clerk,this!-U- day of 2026.
