This final change order reconciles the original bid quantities with the final quantities actually installed on the project.
Quantity adjustments are based on verified final field measurements, as-built conditions, and approved modifications that
occurred during construction. The adjusted quantities represent the final pay quantities for all applicable bid items and
equitably modify the contract value to accurately reflect the work performed in accordance with the contract documents.
The Contractor has been paid to date: $29,371,315.50
The retainage withheld to date: $753,110.65
This deductive change order will reduce the amount of retainage to be paid to the Contractor in the final pay app:
($753,110.65- $612,740.15) = $140,370.50
Net change to contract Change Order 8: ($612,740.15)
The construction commencement was May 13, 2025.
Change Order No. 8 does not result in an increase to the contract time.
The Contractor agrees to accept the reduction in compensation and hereby waives and releases any and all claims for
additional compensation related to these bid items.
This change order represents 2.03% of the original contract price.
