Roberts County Administrator Date: November 2, 2000 RE: Change Orders A ttached is a proposed change order for Astro City Playground at Higgs Beach for approval. According to the ordinance adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, proposed change orders are to be presented to members of the Board of County Commissioners prior to approval, assuming they are within the Administrator's prescribed limits.
