AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT made this 9 QI day of b.~ etLMb4.1oo ,1998, by and between the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, a body corporate and politic existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the Sponsor, and GA Food Service, Inc" a
Florida corporation whose mailing address is 12200 32nd Court North,St. Petersburg, Florida,
hereinafter called the Caterer.

WHEREAS, the parties hereto did enter into an agreement dated Janua~~1991, fo!'Tthe
provision of meals for senior citizens participating in the Older American Act ~te ~1-cN-JutmJon

WHEREAS, said agreement provided an option to the Sponsor to renew the' c~traet M:ilte,
each time for one or two more years; and ~ rn ~ ~
WHEREAS, the Sponsor has elected to exercise said option for the benefit of senior citizens in
Monroe County; now, therefore
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and obligations contained herein, the parties
agree as follows:
1 . The Sponsor elects to renew the contract for on additional year pursuant to
paragraph 9 of the contract entered January 16, 1997.
2. The effective date of this amendment is January 1, 1999 and shall extend through
December 31, 1999, under the same terms and conditions of the contract dated January 16, 1997.
;3, Attachment C to said contract, paragraph A.1 shall be amended to read:
$2,S4/meal for the period covered by this amendment.
. All o.ther terms and conditions of the contract dated January 16, 1997, as previously
