Resolution No. 396-1996
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997
WHEREAS, the Board of Governors of District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance, Monroe
County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200, Florida Statues, did conduct a Public
Hearing on September 19, 1996 at 5:05 p.m. at the Marathon Government Center, 2798 Overseas Hwy.,
Marathon, Monroe County, Florida, to amend and adopt a Final Budget for District I Lower and Middle
Keys Fire and Ambulance for Fiscal Year 1997, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE
AND AMBULANCE, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Budget of $5,3l5,586 be adopted as
the Final Budget for District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance for Fiscal Year 1997, and is
hereby adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance of Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the 19th day of September, AD
1996.
