11/20/1990 Special T1 0158 Special Meeting Board of County Commissioners Tuesday, November 20, 1990 Key West A Special Meeting of the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners convened at 11:30 a.m. on the above date in Courtroom "B" of the Courthouse Annex in Key West. Present and answering to roll call were Commissioner Earl Cheal, Commissioner Wilhelmina Harvey, Commissioner Douglas Jones, Commissioner Jack London, and Mayor John Stormont. Also present were Danny Kolhage, Clerk; Randy Ludacer, County Attorney; Tom Brown, County Administrator; County Staff; members of the Press and Radio; and the general public. All stood for the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. The Honorable Richard J. Fowler, Chief Judge of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, conducted the swearing-in ceremonies for the new commissioners, Earl Cheal and Jack London. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. * * * * *
