RESOLUTION NO.529 -1996
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA. EVIDENCING THE BOARD'S APPROVAL
ON NOVEMBER 12, 1996, OF THE ORDERS OF DETERMINATION OF
VESTED RIGHTS PROMULGATED BY THE VESTED RIGHTS HEARING
OFFICER PURSUANT TO THE VESTED RIGHTS HEARING HELD ON
OCTOBER 3,1996
WHEREAS, on January 4, 1996, the Monroe County Year 2010 Comprehensive Plan became
effective; and
WHEREAS, development applications "in the pipeline" as of January 4, 1996 are subject to a
determination of vested rights pursuant to Policy 101.18.1 of the Plan; and
WHEREAS, a hearing for determination of vested rights was held before the County's Vested
Rights Hearing Officer, Mr. Randy Sadtler, Esq., on October 3, 1996; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the hearing held on October 3, 1996, the HeariI}9 Officer p'romulgated

Section 1. The Board hereby adopts this Resolution as evidence of its approval of the
Orders of the Vested Rights Hearing Officer, promulgated pursuant to a Vested Rights Hearing
held on October 3, 1996 for the following development applicants: RDB DEVELOPMENT, INC.,
SUNRISE ISLE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, AND ALL INDIVIDUAL AFFECTED LOT OWNERS; TlB BANK
OF THE KEYS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a
