RESOLUTION NO. 600 -1996
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA. IN
RECOGNITION OF THE LATE INGURTHA OLSEN PINDER.
WHEREAS, Ms. Ingurtha Olsen Pinder has passed away at the age of 93; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Pinder was a native and lifelong resident of Key West; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Pinder was active in the community as a volunteer with the Hospital
Auxiliary since its formation, a member of the Women's Club and Easter Seals Society, and a
member of Peace Covenant Presbyterian Church; and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to acknowledge the contributions of Ms. Pinder over a
lifetime of service to the community; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA that
Section 1.
The Board hereby adopts this Resolution as evidence of its regret and
mourning for the passing of the late Ingurtha Olsen Pinder and in recognition of her dedication
and public service to the people of Key West and Monroe County, Florida.
Section 2.
The Board hereby requests the Clerk to forward copies of this Resolution
