RESOLUTION NO. 604-1996
A RESOLUTION OF THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF MONROE COUNTY, AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, MONROE COUNTY, ALDO
R. FAGA AND JEANNE FAGA, OWNERS, AND
GRILL CONSTRUCTION, INC., GENERAL CONTRAC-
TOR REGARDING THE DCA'S APPEAL OF PERMIT
NUMBERS 92-2-3615 AND 92-2-3617.
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Building Permit Numbers
92-2-3615 and 92-2-3617 were issued to Aldo and Jeanne
Faga on September 23, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Communi~Aff~rs
timely appealed Permit Numbers 92-2-3615 and ~2-;2-3~7; ~~

WHEREAS, the parties wish to settle the DCA's appaJalr:
of Monroe County Building Permit numbers 92-~",3615 and .~
92-2-3617; NOW THEREFORE B

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIO~RS ~
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the agreement between the Florida Department of
Community Affairs, Monroe County, Aldo R. Faga and Jeanne
Faga, Owners, and Grill Construction, Inc., General Con-
tractor in settlement of the DCA's appeal of Monroe Coun-
ty Building Permit Numbers 92-2-3615 and 92-2-3617.
Section 2. The Clerk of the Board is hereby
directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution
to the Monroe County Division of Growth Management.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commission-
ers of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of
said Board held on the 18th day of December, A. D., 1996.
