GEORGE NASSAR, party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto GEORGE NASSAR, party of the second part, the

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said GEORGE NASSAR forever.

same as aforesaid; that said goods and chattels are sold to the party of the second part in "AS IS..
condition with no warranties, express or implied, of any kind concerning the safety, working condition,
or any other aspect of merchantability.
