DESCRIPTION OF LEASED PREMISES
The lease dated November 12, 1997, and effective December 1, 1997,
between the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
and Canalis Holding Corp. is for the following described property:
That property situated in Monroe County, Florida, more particularly
described as the easterly ten feet of Second Avenue, Mandalay
Subdivision, Key Largo, Florida, adjacent to Lot 1, Block 4, as shown in
Plat Book 1 Page 194 of the Official records of Monroe County, Florida.
