At the February 18, 2004, Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted
approval to waive purchasing policy dispensing with the bidding provision and enter into an
Agreement for Refurbishing Tavernier Fire Department's 1988 Emergency One 95' Platform
Truck between the Board of Governors of Fire and Ambulance District 1 and Emergency One
Incorporated, in the amount of$150,696.00 (which includes a contingency amount of $5,000.00).
