A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY. FLORIDA. RENOUNCING AND DISCLAIMING ANY RIGHT OF THE COUNTY
AND THE PUBLIC IN AND TO A PORTION OF A 15' ALLEY OFF OF GUMBO LIMBO
DRIVE. PAMELA VILLA SUBDIVISION. MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA.
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County. Florida. desires to
renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter
described streets. alley-ways. roads or highways. and
WHEREAS. due notice has been published and a public hearing has been held in
accordance with Chapter 336. Florida Statutes. and

WHEREAS. the Board has determined that vacation of the said road is for the general
public welfare. and conforms to the requirements of Florida Statutes Sec. 336.09 and Sec.
336.10. now. therefore.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY.
FLORIDA, that the Board hereby renounces and disclaims any right of the County and the
public in and to the following described streets. alley-ways. roads or highways as delineated on
the hereinafter described map or plat. to-wit:
That part of a 15' alley lying between Lots 9, 10 & 11, Block 11 , PAMELA VI LLA as
shown on the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 125, of the Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida; more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence run S 890 53' 50" W 18.87
feet along the Southerly boundary of Pamela Villa Subdivision to the Southeast
corner of Lot 11; thence N 37020' 00" E 109.90 feet; thence 39.27 feet along the
arc of a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 25.00, a chord of
36.36 feet. and a chord bearing of N 70 40' 00" W; thence S 520 40' 00" E 25.00
feet; thence N 890 53' 50" E 18.87 feet along the Southerly Right-of-way line of
Gumbo Limbo Drive to the Northwest corner of Lot 9; thence S 370 20' 00" W
134.90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on the 21st day of February ,1995.
