A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, RENOUNCING AND DISCLAIMING ANY RIGHT OF THE COUNTY
AND THE PUBLIC IN AND TO A PORTION OF SUNSHINE BOULEVARD, KAHIKI
HARBOR SUBDIVISION, PLANTATION KEY, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County. Florida, desires to
renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter
described streets, alley-ways. roads or highways. and
WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing has been held in
accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes. and

WHEREAS, the Board has determined that vacation of the said road is for the general
public welfare. and conforms to the requirements of Florida Statutes Sec. 336,09 and Sec.
336.10, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that the Board hereby renounces and disclaims any right of the County and the
public in and to the following described streets. alley-ways, roads or highways as delineated on
the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit:
A parcel of land in Sections 32 & 33, Township 62 South. Range 38 East on
Plantation Key, Monroe County, Florida, being that portion of Sunshine
Boulevard in said Section, lying Northerly of Harbor Lane, according to the plat
of KAHIKI HARBOR, recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 3, of the Public Records of
Monroe County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast comer of Lot 6, Block 3, of the aforementioned
plat of KAHIKI HARBOR; thence run S 800 3D' 00" W along the Northwesterly line
of Harbor Lane for a distance of 120.79 feet to the Point of Tangency of a
circular curve and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Parcel herein described;
thence continue S 800 30' 00" W for a distance of 80.23 feet to a point on the
West boundary line of Sunshine Boulevard, thence run due North parallel to said
Line for a distance of 346.29 feet to a point of intersection with the Arc of a
circular curve having for its elements a Radius of 50.00 feet, and a Central Angle
of 3000 DO' 00"; thence run along the Arc of said curve for a distance of 261.80
feet. said Arc having a Chord bearing Due East. 50.00 feet from the last
described point; thence run due South along Lots 1 through 6, Block 3 of the
aforementioned plat of KAHIKI HARBOR, for a distance of 308.40 feet to the
Point of Curvature of a circular curve, concave to the Northeast. having a
Radius of 25.00 feet and Central Angle of 990 3D' 00"; thence run Southeasterly,
Easterly and Northeasterly along the Arc of said curve for a distance of 43.42
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 24,930 Square Feet. (0.572 Acres), more or less.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on the 21st day of February , 1995.
