At the March 17, 2004, Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted
approval and authorized execution of a Contract between Monroe County and D.L. Porter
Cosntructors, in the amount of $3,244,670.21, for Hangar Development, Taxilanes and Apron, at
the Key West International Airport, and approval of Change Order No. 1 which reduces the
original Contract amount by $89,738.00.
Enclosed are two duplicate originals of the Contract and a copy of the Change Order for
